Haven’t heard back from support - what should I do?

Oh no! We know that it’s important when you contact us. We reply to most messages by the next business day, but if it’s a complicated topic that we have to research, it can take a bit longer.

Has the message been filtered?

If you haven’t already, we recommend that you check your spam folder - we’ve found that’s the most common reason that replies don’t arrive.

To check if there’s an email from us that you missed, do this:

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Go to your main all email inbox (the name varies depending on what email service you use), and search your messages for “from: glowforge.com”

If you still haven’t heard back

In the unlikely case that you haven’t heard from us after 3 days, and you’ve checked and are certain that our emails aren’t getting filtered, that’s not normal. In that case, please reply to your original message and we’ll check on your ticket right away.

We want to help get your issue resolved as quickly as possible.
