Haven’t Heard Back from Support - What Should I Do?

Oh no! We know that it’s important when you contact us. We reply to messages as quickly as possible, but if it’s a complicated topic that we have to research, it can take a bit longer.

Has the message been filtered?

If you haven’t already, we recommend that you check your spam folder - we’ve found that’s the most common reason that replies don’t arrive.

To check if there’s an email from us that you missed, do this:

  • Check your spam folder.
  • Go to your main all email inbox (the name varies depending on what email service you use), and search your messages for “from: glowforge.com”

If you still haven’t heard back

In the unlikely case that you haven’t heard from us after 3 days, and you’ve checked and are certain that our emails aren’t getting filtered, that’s not normal.

In that case, please let us know by replying in to your original message so we can check on your ticket and get back on track.

Please note: Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue may delay responses.
