What is a Glowforge gift card?

Sometimes (for example, through our referral program), you may receive a Glowforge gift card. Gift cards are like cash, so don't lose them!
Luckily, they'll be sent to the email address we have on file for your account, so you can search for them there. If you can't find them, check your spam folder. If you still can't find them, contact support and we can resend the gift card. 

How to spend it

When you make a purchase from our shop, you'll be able to apply your gift card(s) during checkout.

On the checkout page, enter the 16-digit gift card number into the Gift card box on the right-hand side. Click the blue Apply button. Your subtotal will be updated and you can continue with checkout! 

Any unused balance will remain on your gift card. 

How to get more 

To earn more gift cards, simply share your love of Glowforge with friends and family using our referral program! Find your custom referral link by logging in to the Glowforge App and clicking your printer name in the top, right corner. A dropdown window will appear with your customer referral link.

A note on store credits

We used to issue credits tied to specific accounts instead of gift cards. If you received a credit this way, you can exchange your store credits for a gift card. First, make sure you're logged in when visiting store.glowforge.com/cart. With items in your cart, you'll see a link near the top of the page that says "You've got credits on file! Click here and we'll email them to you as a gift card." We'll then send you a gift card.
