You've Ordered a Glowforge But Haven't Set It up Yet
If you’ve ordered a Glowforge and want to transfer ownership before you’ve set up your own account:

Contact Glowforge Support
Please message us from the email address associated with the purchase and tell us:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- The new owner’s first and last name
- The new owner’s email address

We’ll send a temporary password to the new address and remove the old address from ownership
You Want to Transfer Your Glowforge to a New Owner
If you’ve already set up your Glowforge under your own account and want to change owners:

First make sure the intended new owner has access to the unit
You can add them as a user by following these steps.

Contact Glowforge Support
Please message us from the email address associated with the purchase and tell us:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- The name of the Glowforge printer that you want to transfer
- The new owner’s first and last name
- The new owner’s email address
- One of the following to verify your original purchase:
- The last 4 digits of the card used to purchase the Glowforge
- PayPal Transaction ID
- Affirm Loan ID
- PO number
- Check number
- Wire number

Once that information is received by our team, we'll remove all owners but the new one.
