Smartfit packs the most material into the smallest space, so you get to:

• Save your time (with no parts to arrange)

• Save laser time (with faster prints)

To give it a try,

1. Go to Glowforge Print (app.glowforge.com), and sign in.

2. Open the design you want to use that has multiple shapes.

3. Click-and-drag to highlight all the shapes in your workspace you want to Smartfit. Selecting multiple shapes at one time will make the Smartfit icon in the right menu bar.

4. When you click Smartfit, you’ll see a progress indicator while we find the optimal layout, and then the selected objects will move into a more efficient configuration. Please note that Smartfit runs on your local machine, so the speed of the operation will depend on your internal memory.
