Combine is a Premium tool that connects vector shapes together by joining, subtracting, dividing, or intersecting multiple shapes. This feature can be used when you have two or more vector shapes selected.
To give it a try, simply select multiple vectors in your workspace and select the Combine icon (⚭) in the right menu bar to see subtract, divide, and intersect options.
You can use the Combine tool with the following steps:
- Go to the Glowforge App (app.glowforge.com), and sign in.
- Open the designs you want to use in the Design Workspace. The Combine tool can be used when there are at least two vectors objects.
- First, select the objects you want to combine, and then you’ll see a Combine button in the right toolbar. It looks like two solid overlapping circles. If this tool doesn't come up, you might only have one object selected, or your selections might not all be vectors as required.
- Choose the visual option you'd like for the outcome, and the Glowforge App will do the rest!
Note: The Combine tool will give you different options, depending on the objects you have selected.
